55/100
Median mobile performance score. Only 1 of 73 scored 90 or above.
We help wedding planners in the US and UK get found on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT, so couples searching for a planner in your city find you, not just the directories. $2,000 for the first 4 months, then $299/month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
SEO (search engine optimization) for a wedding planner means making your website fast, clear to Google and worth recommending, so it shows up when couples search for things like "wedding planner in Austin". Our Omnipresence Engine covers three parts: technical and on-page SEO, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, and optimization for AI answers in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
We don't guarantee rankings, and you should be wary of anyone who does. New pages usually take 3–6 months to rank for specific searches.
In October 2026 we ran Google's PageSpeed Insights mobile test on the homepages of 100 wedding planner websites in the US and UK, found through ordinary Google searches. 73 gave usable results.
55/100
Median mobile performance score. Only 1 of 73 scored 90 or above.
9.7 s
Median time for the main content to appear on a phone. Google counts 2.5 seconds or less as good; none of the 73 got there.
70 of 73
Slower than 4 seconds, the point Google labels "poor".

Had no meta description, the short summary Google can show under your link.
We ran the same test on 25 wedding venue and 25 wedding photographer websites. Of the 46 that gave usable results, the median score was 52.5, the median load was 9.8 seconds, and only 2 got under 2.5 seconds. Slow websites are the norm across the wedding industry, not the exception.
Our view: speed alone won't rank you, but a 9-second load on a phone is common and fixable, so it's one of the first things we check.
How we tested: PageSpeed Insights mobile lab test (a simulated mid-range phone on a slower connection), homepages only, run on October 9, 2026. 13 planner sites wouldn't load for the test. We then opened every site in a normal browser and left out 14 more that weren't real, working planner homepages: placeholder, parked, for-sale, password-protected and bot-blocked pages, a spam redirect, one site with no measurable result and one that no longer belongs to a planner. Lab scores are not exactly what every visitor sees. We publish totals only and never name the sites we tested.
We fix what stops Google from reading and trusting your site: page speed on phones, page titles and meta descriptions, headings, broken links, schema markup (the hidden code that tells Google you're a wedding planning business and where you work), and indexing in Google Search Console and Bing.
Your Google Business Profile set up properly for the real area you serve: the right category, your services, photos, your booking link and an easy way for past couples to leave a review.
AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) mean making your business easy for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude to find, understand and recommend: clear answers on your site, consistent business details across the web, and FAQs these tools can quote.
You get access to your own Google Search Console and Analytics, so you see exactly the numbers we see.

For wedding planners and coordinators in the US and UK who want the website they already have to bring in inquiries. Venues, photographers and other wedding businesses can use it too. If your site is recent, start here; you don't need a new website first. If your site needs rebuilding, see our website design for wedding planners.

Our Omnipresence Engine is $2,000 for the first 4 months, then $299/month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You can pay in full, split 50/50, or pay in three installments.
New pages usually take 3–6 months to rank for specific searches, which is why the plan runs four months before switching to $299/month. Fixes like speed, titles and descriptions go live sooner, but Google decides when to re-crawl your site.
No. Nobody controls Google's rankings, and you should be wary of anyone who promises them. What we commit to is the work, and you see the results yourself in your own Google Search Console.
Not necessarily. If your website is recent, start with SEO on the site you already have. If it's slow, hard to update or doesn't show your best work, a rebuild may be the better first step.
AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) are about showing up in AI answers, not just Google's list of links. When a couple asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a wedding planner, those tools pull from websites, reviews and listings. We make your business easy for them to find and describe accurately.
It's one factor. Google uses page experience, including how fast your main content loads, as part of ranking, but relevance and content matter more. In our October 2026 test, the median wedding planner homepage took 9.7 seconds to show its main content on a phone.
