Sankalp has a theory about good work: the smartest people he has ever met are always the most willing to learn from someone who knows something they don't. He has built his career around that idea: surrounding himself with people who are sharper, more technical, and more obsessive in their disciplines than he is, and then finding the way to make those disciplines speak to the world. At BrandNLead, he is the one who makes it legible. The one who takes everything Ujjwal builds and finds the words that make it impossible for the right client to look away.
A musician who has written hundreds of songs, he will tell you that great copy and great songwriting are the same act: finding the truest version of something, and then making it impossible to ignore. His clients describe him in one sentence: he doesn't stop until they're happy. His best friend calls him cheerful, a leader, the life of the room, deeply loyal. Both of them are right.

Sankalp started in 2018 with a health and fitness blog he built from scratch, then spent two years writing professionally for Pepper Content. From 2021 to 2023 he co-founded and ran 04/12 Event Planning. He holds a PGDM in Marketing from Pune Business School.
