How much does branding cost for a wedding planner?
From US brand designers who work with wedding businesses, published starting prices in October 2026 ran $1,500 to $5,000 for branding alone (logo suite, colors, fonts and a style guide), with a median of about $1,900. What do you get at each price point?
- Semi-custom brand kit (£475 to £500 in our UK sample): a pre-designed logo and palette adapted with your business name. Fast and affordable, but other businesses may have a similar look.
- Custom brand identity ($1,500 to $3,000): logos and submarks, colors, fonts and a style guide designed for you, usually after a questionnaire or discovery call.
- Brand strategy plus identity ($2,950 to $5,000): adds positioning work, such as who your ideal couples are, how you're different, and messaging, before the visual design.
- Brand plus website ($2,800 to $12,000): the identity and a custom site designed together, so the brand carries through every page. Most packages we found build on Showit.
Is a logo the same as a brand?
No. A logo is one piece. A brand identity is the system around it: colors, fonts, how photos are styled, and how you describe yourself. A brand strategy decides who that system is for. For a planner, the strategy part is what lets your site and Instagram attract the couples and budgets you want, rather than everyone.
Should you buy branding and a website together?
Usually, if you need both within the year. Bundles are often cheaper than buying separately: Odd Poppy, for example, lists brand identity from $1,500 and websites from $3,600 as separate services, while bundled brand-and-website packages started at $2,800 to $4,725 at other studios. Bundles also avoid a site that doesn't match the new brand. If you only need a website, see what wedding planner websites cost on their own.
Check which platform the site is built on before you sign; most bundles we found use Showit. We compared speed and cost across platforms in Showit vs Squarespace vs WordPress for wedding planners.
What should you ask a brand designer before hiring?
- Is there strategy, or only visuals? Ask what happens before design starts.
- What exactly do I receive? Logo files in every format, the style guide, fonts (and their licenses), and any templates.
- How many concepts and revisions? Packages we reviewed ranged from two concepts to three, usually with two or three revision rounds.
- Do I own everything at the end? You should own the final logo files and brand assets outright.
- Are payment plans available? Several studios offer them: 12 monthly payments, three to six installments, or a deposit and balance.
- How long will it take? Ask for the timeline in writing, including when your feedback is due.
What does BrandNLead charge for branding?
Our Signature Positioning System is $4,000, paid in four $1,000 installments, over a 12-month engagement. It includes brand discovery and positioning strategy, a custom visual identity, website design and build, Instagram profile and content direction, a content strategy and calendar, automation setup and a full handover. That sits inside the brand-plus-website range above, and adds content and automation work that most of those packages don't include. Details are on our branding for wedding planners page and every package is on our pricing page.
How did we collect these prices?
- Sample: brand designers found through web searches for branding services for wedding planners and wedding businesses in the US and UK. A studio was included only if it clearly serves wedding businesses and prints a price on its own site.
- Dates: first collected October 9, 2026; every price re-checked on the studio's own page on October 15, 2026. Two studios that block automated checks and one that no longer shows a branding price were left out, along with three prices that weren't comparable (a monthly retainer, a 2022 price list and a website-only package).
- Counts: 19 starting prices from 11 studios: 15 from 8 US studios and 4 from 3 UK studios.
- Limits: published starting prices only. Final quotes depend on scope, and prices change, so confirm with the studio.
